Questions? Here are some of the most common questions we get, all in our helpful FAQ. Can’t find what you are looking for? Contact us!

Do you have drop off locations on the way?

At the moment, we are only based in the WIT Arena so bikes have to be dropped back to us there. But it is an something we are looking at in the future.

What happens if I get a puncture?

No problem! You can give us a call and we will do out best to get out to you as soon as we can with a replacement. If it does happen, we do ask that you stop riding the bike as it will ruin the tyre. It may happen that we ask you to walk to the nearest accessible location.

What ages are the Tow-Alongs for?

The recommended manufacturers age is 9 months, but we do look at it on the size of the child and if they can hold themselves up comfortably. The max weight is 45kg and the max height is 3ft6.

Have you bikes for children?

Yes we do. We have bikes for children aged 6 upwards. We do not have bikes for children younger than this and would recommend either bringing a bike for them or hiring a tow along.

What am I charged for my teenager?

We rent bikes based on what we have classed them as. I.E Adult bikes, which are €15 or child bikes, which are €10. So your teenager will be charged based on what class of bike they take.

Can I take the bike anywhere else?

No. Our bikes are for use only on the Waterford Greenway.

Do You Supply Helmets?

Yes we do! Safety is our highest priority so that you can have an amazing day on Waterfords Greenway. Thats why we supply helmets with each and every rental.

How long is the Greenway?

The total length is 42km between Waterford and Dungarvan.

Are there a lot of hills?

Not at all! As the greenway is built along the old railway line, hills are virtually non-existent.

Do you run a shuttle?

In one sense of the word yes. Our bus is a drop off service to Dungarvan. Once there, you must cycle back to the WIT Arena depot. We are looking at possibly expanding the service in the future, so do keep an eye for news of this. For the moment though, we only have one stop in Dungarvan on a Saturday morning.
